Page Exception when create new Tag on word

Hello,
Since 1st April (roughly), I have been unable to add a new “tag” to the word.

I am using the reader widget pannel on the right to add new tag. After I enter the tag name and press enter, an error pag show up. The page indicated error in “e.get is not a function”.

I am also able to replicate the error in the Vocabulary page.
