Ongoing Issues with Transcription Quality

I want to express my deep frustration regarding a significant issue I’ve encountered with the file I imported on Saturday. While three quarters of it was transcribed correctly in traditional Chinese, it abruptly switched to simplified Chinese at the end.

I’ve been genuinely enjoying LingQ, but this ongoing problem, which I reported over 2 months ago, is still ongoing and is severely affecting my studies. I regret signing up for another year, as I rely heavily on this feature and it is no longer functioning as it should. It’s incredibly disappointing to invest my time only to find critical sentences missing halfway through a lesson. The frequent confusion between traditional and simplified Chinese only adds to my frustration.

I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, as it is impacting my learning experience significantly.

I hope we will push a fix for this soon. Sorry it’s taking this long.

It’s been over a month since I made my second complaint adn probably over 3 months since I first brought the issue up, and it is still happening.

For every month tis issue isn’t fixed I would like to have credit on my subscription.
