Whenever I am in flight safe mode or don’t have access to the internet, my lingq comes up as blank and I don’t have access to any of my downloaded lessons.

Make sure lessons load up online first… Don’t clear the cache

As @Lunaagharna wrote, only lessons you load while you are online are available for use later in offline mode too.
