I am a newbie to lingq so maybe this is just me - i can not download anything i imported to read offline. I’m about to fly on a plane for 8 hours and really wanted to review lessons but when i download a lesson it just spins forever if I’m not connected. Once i connect it works. This product has so much potential but is held back by so many software bugs…not sure the,$120/year is justified. BTW I am using the Android app since you can’t download on the web which is another discussion entirely…

All the lessons you load while you are online should be available for use later in offline mode too. Are you sure you loaded them before?

Not sure what you mean by “load” - if I start watching a lesson, then stop and go into airplane mode that lesson will not work. I thought the download arrow would download the lesson for offline use?

if you open a lesson while you are online, it should work later in the offline mode too. Do you maybe have any app in your device that clears cache automatically?
