Not able to import lessons anymore

Since the beginning of this week I have bee having dificulties at importing lessons, regardless whether it is imported on the desktop or mobile app.
I am getting the following medsage error

Do you get that error for anything you try to import? Are you importing via extension?

I’m having the same issue. I can’t import a PDF via the app. Here is the error message I’m getting on Android.

Do you have that issue with one specific PDF file only?

It actually appears to be random PDFs.

Please keep investigating, but this is clearly not a one time exception. Whenever I read the conversations in the forum, there are inquiries why this or that import is not working. And every other time, I have the same problem, now for example with imports from YouTube. All appeals to finally, please, become serious about usability appear to be ignored, or maybe it is just not understood how important this request is for a continued success of LingQ, tool as well as method. Meanwhile you continue falling victim to an extreme form of featurism instead. And I am close to cancelling my pro membership. I have not been getting much value from it in the past year.
