No payment history

A student booked a toturing session, but I didn’t accept it on time, and it ended up expired. But the student can’t see if he got refund (in available points). It’s a bit confusing without payment history on LingQ. Hope it could be more clear about payment history (How much we paid for each conversation session). Thanks!

Student can see his points transaction on the Points page, actually (Login - LingQ). There he can track all points transaction and check his balance. If any questions or if anything is unclear, you can always reach us on support(at) for additional assistance.
