No longer have LingQ premium despite payment made?

Hi, my annual membership renewed on December 16th, however shortly after I received emails saying that my membership would expire on December 27th. I logged in today, and no membership.

My Google play history, as well as my bank shows a payment of £109.99 on the 16th December. Why has this happened? It’s not the first time I have had issues with billing.
