I have reached all of my goals for level #1 three times now, and I still haven’t moved up to level #2???

The system does not automatically move you from one level to another. You must decide when you feel you are ready to move to the next level. You can certainly look at your statistics as a guide as to when to change levels. Looking at your statistics, it looks like you have not, in fact, completed your targets for Beginner 1. If you change the period on the Progress Snapshot on your Profile page to “All time”, you will see what your overall targets are for this level and where you are. You’re doing well, though! Keep at it!
