When I have blue words and add them so they become green, if I then close the lesson and reopen it, a lot of the words are not saved and I have to go back through the lesson and re-add the words.
I have had this issue since 6.0, it is not breaking the app of course but it is a bit annoying especially when importing an epub file for example with every lesson having 6000 words.
I was in contact with support about it back in July, but they were never able to reproduce it unfortunately. I took a break when my subscription ended in November, and started again two days ago but the issue is still here.
Is there anyone else who have had this issue? And did you find a solution?
I haven’t been able to reproduce it today because I haven’t been reading a lot. But I will let you know when it happens again. Do you want the id of the lesson or do you just want screenshots?
Now it happened. I can get you the id of the lesson tomorrow if you want it, but otherwise it’s called “Hercules IV: FF 27-31” in course “Hercules (Fabulae Faciles)”. Here are som screenshots of what it looks like:
I noticed that meritam was blue but appeared as added when I clicked it. I’m here at the second to last page of the lesson. I then closed and opened the lesson and I’m transported to the middle of the lesson where I have blue words (coorta in this case) that are actually already added.
