After last update new words are just blue rectangles. And is there a way how to change words I learn back to yellow.

Under setting I had to change Highlighting to Standard to make the words visible.

Standard works, but then you lose highlighting of phrases as I recall (phrase highlighting would remain even beyond the point where it is “known” which I did find useful. There might be something else that was missing without foreground highlighting option, but can’t remember now.
Sorry about that, we will have this fixed.
