New Password does not work in app

New password does not work in app for iPhone. Works fine in Safari.

First LingQ’s not working and now this.

I just became a paid member 2 weeks ago. Not good!!

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to access your LingQ account on the app. Can you please contact us on support(at)lingq.com so that we can try to manually reset your password and check if that will help? Thanks!

I was about to write you when I figured it out. Apparently on the app you can only use your username while on desktop you can use either your email or username to sign in. Small glitch, yes, but frustrating.

That’s right, for now you’ll need to use your username when logging into the app. We’ll change that soon.
