New French Collection: "FrenchPod"

I have started to import the dialogues from the FrenchPod podcasts no. 1 to 107 (Until now you will find 27 podcasts.).
I downloaded them some years ago when they were open to everybody.

These podcasts were created by the great people at Praxislanguage.com and FrenchPod.com.
Only FrenchPod podcasts #001#107 are in this collection, because only these are licensed under a Creative Commons 3.0 Unported license, see FrenchPod® has moved to OpenLanguage and Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0 .

The collection is here: http://bit.ly/dy98ER
Enjoy!
If you find mistakes in the text, please inform me.

Thank you Hape. I’m sure that I’ll study them when I’ll come back to my french studies.

@PierreM
Thank you for copying a part of the terms & conditions of FrenchPod.com.
The tiny asterisk (*) after the word “laws” refers to an important footnote:
“*FrenchPod lessons 1-107 only: MP3 lesson content is licensed under a Creative Commons 3.0 Unported license.”

I understand it in the same way like Hans-Peter. He can share lesson 1 to 107 but not the later ones.

You need to understand the history of the Chinese-/French-/Spanish-/Italian-Pod podcasts.

In the beginning, all podcasts (not the scripts, etc.) were published under a Creative Commons 3.0 Unported license.

Later they changed the license, but only for the podcasts that were published after a certain date. They did not change the license of the old podcasts - that is the reason for the footnote today.

You may have a look at the archived version of Frenchpod.com’s terms as of Aug. 22, 2008: http://bit.ly/cJaFam (via wayback machine of archive.org). You read: “The 64kbps podcast lesson MP3 files are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.”

That was before lesson 108 was published.

Hans, thanks for your hard work, which will benefit our members who are learning French.

explains what you can do or not (with FrenchPod podcasts no. 1 to 107).

You are free:
to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work (i.e. to publish it here)
to Remix — to adapt the work (i.e. to copy only the dialogue)

Under the following conditions:
Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work) (i.e. you must tell everybody who did the original work).

Now there are 50 podcasts available!
