As neither mark nor another dev posted the new version I thought about sharing it to have a new thread for discussing things especially since release should be near.

I am having most lessons Read Count some non-integer value on Lesson Complete. For example, .79. I am then unable to decrease the read count to 0, but can increase it by integers.
I also noticed I am not able to change my words read within the app. Either increase or decrease. Was this functionality removed with intention?
I’m a lifestime subcriber for English, German and Russian but still I see “Go Premium” Banner top of the screen and it is so annoying. Is there a way to dismiss this banner? It would be greatly appreciated if you could do a favor for lifetime members as well.
Non-integer value is on purpose. We now automatically try to track reading and listening and that gives decimal values for more accuracy. The issue with not being able to decrease to zero and changing the words read will be fixed.
On this most recent update, advancing word statuses in lessons seems to not be registered most of the time. When I exit the lesson and go back in, the words that I increased are back to their previous values. It also happens from other locations where you can increase status, such as going to the bottom right LingQ button → Vocabulary List.
If I go into the lesson multiple times, eventually enough of them stick that I can get all of the statuses increased. It just doesn’t do all of them all of the time.
I haven’t been able to yet figure out if there is any rhyme or reason to which ones are and aren’t recorded.
I’ve only tested this on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7.
But I read the whole lesson(s), and it gave me decimal completion(s). I am not certain if the issue is related to roughly 20% of pages having no blue or yellow words.
As a non-paying user I can no longer see any translations on version 5.2.21. Whenever I click on a word or phrase, I only see the nag-banner prompting me to upgrade. I seriously hope that this is just a bug and not intended behavior… Also, the forum is broken atm. Typing is not working, and I can only type this post by typing in another app and then using copy-paste. Tried both Opera and Chrome…
