I’ve used safari and chrome browsers. Try to import videos with soft stubtitles(means not the ones that are part of the video, the ones yuo can turn on or off). Never been able to get it to work. Any suggestions?

I dont know why but this message appears in newly published videos. Instead of waiting for the subtitles you can download them online.
I just find this website

put your youtube link there and press go
Select auto generated sub.
then you can see the text version of you subtitle.
Ps. If there is no dot inside the text put some, it doesnt seperate for different pages in website but it works in mobile versions.
