Netflix / Prime video KO

Hello everyone,

Importing Netflix and Prime Video isn’t working for me. I follow instructions but only get 61 words found by Lingq import extension. What’s the fix, please ?

Cannot found any answer on multiples forum.

By the way, I am using Windows 10 / Chrome Version 92.0.4515.131

Please help me, I don’t want to unsubscribed to Lingq premium access.

We don’t support importing from the Prime at the moment, but you should be able to import from Netflix. Are you sure that the subtitles are available in your target language?
