For a few days now consistently, I can’t get Netflix programs to import correctly.
Rather than the transcript importing as just text, it imports as what looks like to be XML mark up starting such as…
....The whole import appears as a jumbling of mark up.
Could you check on this and either fix or let me know what I’m doing wrong? It seemed to function fine until just a few days ago.
