hi! I am trying to use lingq extension in my Mac (google chrome) and it is not working. I tried with different tv shows from netflix, but none worked.
Are you on the latest extension version? What happens when you try to import?
I have removed the extension and added it again, but it still doesnāt work. When I try using it on youtube or netflix, thereās this error message: Error: No appropriate captions found.
What windows version are you using? What extension version? Can you please check and let me know?
I have a MacOS Sequoia 15.5. Ling extension 2.3.28 (i use it on google chrome)
@gabimoura Are you sure that subtitles are available in your study language?
Iām having a slightly different issue. Iām using the most current version of the extension, the video imports and a lesson is created but the subtitles are from a completely different video. Has anyone encountered this before?

@maschmidt121 Thatās strange. Did you notice that issue with one specific Netflix video only?
Its happened with more than one video. Some do import successfully so Iām not sure whatās different about the ones that arenāt working.
