Model for LingQ video tutorials?

Hi

I want to recommend the following site for an example of clear video explanations

I learned what an RSS is, what a Wiki is, what Social Media is through this site. I love it!

Is it rude if I called someone who is older then me by not putting Mr. or Mrs . or Miss before his or her name?
Eg: John, Linda etc…(I mean in Western Culture)

My second question is:
I heard ever heard that some English native speaker used the word “ Be good” before they depart.
Is it friendly word? Or is it some kind of warning? Or what the situation should we use that word?

With many thanks

In English, and especially in North America it is quite common to call older people by their first name.

Be good is a friendly greeting that does not mean anything.
