It is so nice meeting LingQers: ages ago I met Steve at the Language Show in London; more than a year ago Junair, his wife and their daughter came over from Germany and we had a great time sightseeing. Last month I spent an afternoon with the fascinating MissTake and today it was Vera’s (plus her family’s) turn. The weather favoured us, it wasn’t too hot and we could talk, talk and talk, without having to moan or mop our brows every five minutes. Lunch was over much too quickly, we both had prior plans for the afternoon.
I look forward to putting many more faces to the avatars in the forum! Should we think of a LingQ meet-up in London one of these days (when it is no longer so hot)?
