Look at this sentence: Jessica Biel Shaded Justin Timberlake and *NSYNC: “Cool, I Guess”

What does ‘‘Shaded’’ means in this context?

I got this phrase from a Jimmy Fallon’s interview, and I didn’t find the meaning to this possible verb on Cambridge, Oxford and Urban dictionaries…

Generally, shaded means “to throw shade on,” which is slang for outdoing someone, making someone look bad, saying bad things about someone. Something like that.

The quote as you wrote it is unclear, but if her response to a question about NSYNC was “Cool, I guess,” then she shaded Timberlake because she basically said she didn’t care or that they aren’t/weren’t a big deal.
