Manually imported mp3, timing is out of sync

I have imported a podcast, as mp3 file. The transcription seems to be generated correctly, except for a few missing sentences at the start.

Those sentences are not that important, however, it looks like those missing sentences seem to misalign the audio sync.

The audio is always of by 10 seconds behind the transcript. I can see this most clearly when listening to the podcast with the synced text open.

I have found a way to change the timing per paragraph, but it looks like I would need to do this for every single sentence in a 20 minute podcast. That is going to be a lot of work.

There must be an easier way, but I can’t seem to find a way to fix this. I have tried to regenerate the timestamps, but the result is the same.

How can I fix this without spending all afternoon manually aligning the text?

Thank you very much. I have send you the link.

I don’t mind sharing the lesson publicly in the future, I am just pretty new to LingQ and still trying to figure out how things work and what the best practices are.
