It would be nice if the LingQ app were CarPlay compatible, so playlists could be controlled from the car’s display. (It is possible to to listen to playlists started on my iPhone through my car’s audio, but impossible to start or change playlists without using the phone itself, which is a hazard when driving.
Why not just use a podcast app?
I listened to a podcast with French and English, sentence by sentence.
Lingq playing audio like this would be good;
Is it possible to listen to lessons from your LingQ library on a podcast app? And even if that were so, I imagine it would not track your listening time within the app.
No and no. For me listening time is unimportant, but apparently you’re not alone and a lot of people do consider LingQ statistics useful.
A LingQ Carplay app would take development resources away from the other apps. And as we know, they struggle to fix bugs in those, so it would create an overall worse product.
