Mais ça va du chat écrasé

Hi, I can’t make any sense out of this phrase. What does it mean? Thanks.

The whole sentence is “… du chat écrasé à l’avion que tombe…”, I believe, ie they are discussing everything: from a cat which was run over to a plane that crashed.

Of course! Should’ve got that. Thanks a lot, SanneT.

It means in the context that when we are on duty we could be confronted to a great deal of issues, ranging from minor incidents ( squashed cats) to serious problems (plane crashes).
I hope this helps. sorry for answering so late…
