I’ve been finding Lynx very effective for vocabulary practice. It can identify words and expressions in a lesson based on their status, making it easy to do targeted self-testing with a prompt like this:
Help me master, in context, the words and expressions from the lesson “X” that I have not yet marked as known, through brief explanations, examples, and open-ended questions that make me use them actively.
You can also ask Lynx to suggest improvements to your writing:
Please critique my previous prompt for clarity, naturalness, and effectiveness, then suggest a concise improved version.
You can enter these prompts in either your native or target language. And, of course, you can use the “Import as a lesson” button afterward to turn your entire Lynx conversation into a new lesson, giving you another way to reinforce and internalize the vocabulary.
