Lost streak despite logging in on mobile

Can somebody explain to this new user how this works? Does the streak only work on the web? Are the mobile app and the website (when logged into your account) not synced? I received an email stating I lost my streak despite logging in on the mobile app yesterday, importing several articles, meeting my goal for daily lingqs, and spending sometime on LingQ. Does the streak only count when your logged in on the website? That doesn’t make sense to me. Is this another bug?

I fixed your streak. Are you sure you were using the same account on mobile? Do you have a correct time zone selected?

The time zone is correct in my settings. I didn’t make any changes on the mobile app other than just logging in with my username/password?

Streaks depend on making a certain amount of LINGQs too…a log in alone won’t do it.

I have the same problem, reach my daily goal on mobile app but streak clean to zero next day.

This happened to me as well. I logged into the site on my tablet and reached my lingq goals the last 2 days. Today I log in on desktop and it’s set back to 1. :frowning:
