Lost access to Premium Plus voices

I’ve lost access to premium plus voices. When I go to select one of them, I get “Go Plus to access AI voices” even though I already have a Plus membership.

I have the same problem, I emailed them last week, and they said they would get back to me.

I sure hope they reimburse us in some way, otherwise not sure what I’m paying for.

Any update on this? Apparently it isn’t just plus voices, but also premium voices as well.


I signed up for a year of Premium in late December and then upgraded to monthly Plus in late January for the voices. I wonder if that might have confused some access control system?

It seems to have resolved itself, for now, coinciding with the monthly audio transcription reset. I hope the issue doesn’t recur next month. I was under the impression that TTS was unmetered?

@DaisyGwynne Plus plan started/renewed on your account on February 23rd and you should have access to all Plus features from now on.
