Lingqing a new (blue) word changes the page

I usually read using the keyboard only, with the key shortcuts. One of them is turning blue words into yellow by selecting a saved meaning and hitting Enter. However, whenever i do this now, the reader moves to the next page, turning all remaining blue words into known. It’s really inconvenient. Has anyone else noticed this change in the reader?

Thanks Zoran, did anything turn up? Is there any other way I should report it?

We were able to reproduce the issue and fix it. We will push a fix to production soon.
