Lingq has the worst customer service ever

Lingq has the worst customer service as I always have problems reaching them out. I wanted to cancel my membership but they offered me a 50 per cent discount so i accepted the offer but an error appeared on the page. I contacted the customer service two weeks ago but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted them again last week but they didn’t reply either. We are customers and we pay money for this service. It’s do unprofessional from them. Does anyone know what I should do in this case?

@omarmohamed3 We received an email from your on November 30 and I replied on it with an explanation on the same day. Please check your spam inbox if you haven’t seen it yet, there is no need to spread false information.
As I replied in the email, you already used the 50%off/3 months promo offer on your account and it’s not possible to apply the same deal again.

@cheska99 I don’t see any email received from you before the one received today, one hour ago. I checked spam too. I replied on the email received today.

I have had the exact opposite experience. I have emailed several questions and got a reply the next day every time. I have been amazed by their responsiveness. Have you emailed the contact us from the pulldown from the top right?

Maybe you send the email to success. Then you will get an auto-reply email.

I find the customer service to be excellent. I think theyre great.

It’s right! I wanted to pay a membership on Lingq, but I saw that they are a lot of issues and that the support service is very bad… Then I decided to learn Ukrainian in another company…

@JacLed What exactly is your bad experience with the support? Can you elaborate and give more information, please? I am not running from criticism and I’ll gladly listen to your feedback, but I can’t see any previous communication between you and the support team.
