What the URL of video your tried to import?

Thanks. That video seems popular, another user complained about it.
Unfortunately (or luckily for us!) it’s not an issue on our end, our team checked it and something is wrong with this particular video, YouTube returns empty subtitles. You will need to go with other video, sorry.

I always have problems importing videos from youtube. It could be because I’m learning Cantonese and Cantonese subtitles on youtube are called “Chinese (Hong Kong)”. Same thing happened when I tried to import a movie from netflix, said there are no subtitles in the language I want (although it has traditional Chinese subtitles)
