Lingq does not work for this video in youtube

I have tried to import this video ( Steve Kaufmann - How many words do we need to know? [EN] - PG 2017 - YouTube )
to lingq, but it only import the begining part of it (it is about in the beginning 11 minutes of the video)
as part 1, but there is no part 2 or part 3. I tried it many times bit it still the same.
what should I do?

If video text (subtitles) are longer than 4000 words, which is a limit per lesson on LingQ, it should be split into parts automatically. All additional parts should appear a few minutes after importing. Did they never got imported for you?

I mailed this to lingq though they did not reply me about this stuff, the retain lessons has arrived another day… thanks ^^
