Lingq discarding numbers and puncuation creating lingq

Both the iOS app and the web app are discarding the number and punctuation in this phrase “Так 19-летний парень” when the text is selected - and the iOS app as usual makes all letter lower case as well. I’ve reported this before.

This is annoying and it adversely affects the translation which should read “So a 19 year-old guy” - not “So a summer guy”

Thanks, we’ll check that.

For me the TTS function has been ignoring some numbers – written out as digits, like “1976”, when creating audio to go with books I have uploaded in French. This is a fairly recent thing, it was able to recognize and pronounce numerals normally before this.

Another example: the text refers to the 1980s and 1990s, but if highlighted, the digits are discarded. The critical punctuation is discarded too.

Another reason not to discard punctuation: чего то could by “what, then” if separated by a comma (чего, то) or something if separated by a dash (чего-то).
