I cannot use my app because the network connection is lost. Can you help?
The app can be a bit finicky if you are connecting and then disconnecting from an Internet connection. If you have these kinds of problems just close the app and reopen it and it should solve these problems.
I even try to change the app for a new one and still does not work. Shutting down my tablet did not work either.
What exactly is the problem you are having with the app? You do need to have an Internet connection in order to download lessons initially.
I have an internet connection and i used the app many times before. I do not know why it keeps saying network connection lost. It has been like this for 3 full days now, when i try to listen to lesson with the app. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, but it did not solve the problem. I also shut down my tablet and still the same problem when i get back to it. I think this started after an update of the app.
It is happening to me as well, but not with all the lessons. Some play normally, in others I get that message too: Network connection lost.
for example, with this one I get the message: Login - LingQ
this one works well, I can listen to the audio: Login - LingQ
