LingQ annual payment charged me twice

Hi,

I have a subscription to LingQ and in the beginning of this year (January) there was a promotion. Instead of 142 annual payment it was 100 euros. I have purchased it via direct bank payment. However my normal subscription was gonna renewed on February (which is linked to my apple account). I didn’t pay attention since I thought new subscription would update itself according to my purchase on January. However, yesterday I am charged again with 142 euros even though I had purchased on January. I want to get a refund but apple rejected my refund.

How can I solve this problem?
