Ling extension doesn't work!

I’ve been trying to import the episode from Netflix either with Safari or Chrome but they don’t work. Do you have any suggestions? The pop-up says, “Import failed.”

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

I works (sort of) for me on Chrome, though it only imports the second half of a video episode.

Do you have issue with one specific show/episode only?

Can you try with The Office (Netflix) S1:E1?
