Lifetime user - import limit exceeded (even though I've not imported anything for a few months)

Lesson Imports Limit Exceeded.

Hello, I’ve just received the following alert when I tried to import a 10 minute youtube video via the Chrome Lingq plug in ‘Oops! It looks like this import exceeds your import limit. Upgrade Now to get unlimited imports!’. I’ve been a Lifetime Spanish member for many years, and I am returning to Lingq after a break.. I last imported a couple of articles / videos in September 2026, and when I tried today (Nov 2026) I can’t import anything.

Is that an error or is that really true?

I’ve seen on the forum there are ‘limits’, but I can’t believe I would have exceeded them [in fact I just checked on my ‘settings’ and it states ‘Audio Transcription (monthly):Used 0 of 600 minutes.’]!

Thank you!

Sorry to hear that. It sounds like an issue. Do you see the same error with anything you try to import?

Thanks Zoran, how interesting, on the same browser and using the same lingq plugin, I’ve just tried importing an article and other youtube videos (from different channels) and had success! I even was able to import another video from the same channel (https://www.youtube.com/@SpanishMexico-yd2hh) I tried before and got that other video of his imported just fine.

It just seems to be THIS particular video that still triggers the ‘import limit’ error message so it still can’t be imported into Lingq: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-nUeSOIRFw any idea why? Thanks!

@Sunflower28 Thanks, I’ll look into it. Let me know if you notice the same problem with any oither video.
