Lessons don't show in dark mode and review option between pages has disappeared

Basically it’s all in the title.
I have the dark mode issue just with lessons and only on my laptop. In the app, I still have a dark mode, and it is working fine in this forum or the settings overview page. Once I open the lesson, I have a white background though.

As for the review of lingQs between pages, this is gone both in the app and in the browser. I can still review in the app, but have to click on lingQs and then review page. Can’t access the review automatically though. Have you removed this feature? I am studying Ukrainian. I am doing an Ukrainian course and use lingQ alongside.

Hi @Safran !
Maybe the Reader theme has been set to White on your side? This could explain why your lessons have a background differing from the general app theme.
Could you please check it by clicking on the “Aa” button at the top right of the Reader?

@Safran Could you please also send a screenshot of the issue #2 you mentioned - the one with the impossibility to review LingQs? This would help in reproducing and fixing it.

I can review lingQs, what I can’t do, is review lingQs between pages. In the past there were 2 arrows, one that moved to the next page, and one that moved to the review session. Maybe this option has been removed? The second arrow isn’t there anymore, the one at the bottom. If I want to review lingQs I can do so for the entire lesson, but not individual pages. Thank you for your help

How is it possible to use the dark mode?
I cannot recognize dark blue background of the words among the dark black background of the whole text.

It looks not so bad on a PC but I’d say it’s impossible to recognize the colors on the streen under the sunlight, even if it’s a winder sun.

I’ve showed the 2nd screenshot because the 1st example seems more readeable. On the 2nd one I barely recognize the differencies.

Try going to “lesson settings” and changing “highlighting” to “foreground color”.
