@zoran thks, I suspect problem is with the browser handling of the audio.
Below is the last sentence. I set the in/out point same as Aegisub/audacity and lingQ based on waveform.

I think I might have figured out the problem. I converted the audio to wave and the problem was gone but the wave file was huge.
So I tried saving the Mp3 file out at highest quality possible from Audacity app and the problem seems to be gone as well. So it seems it might be a file compression quality issue, or lingQ doesn’t work well with certain mp3 files.
Is there a recommended setting for Mp3 files that will work best for LingQ ?
