We all learn languages the same way. Our brains need lots of input. However, your motivation and preferences make learning an individual process. #learningstyles
The study quoted does not prove that we all learn the same way. What it proves is that the concepts of visual learners, auditory learners and kinesthetic learners are not valid. In other words, those categories are not valid. There might in fact be other differences between learners. For example, does everyone have the same level of declarative memory, and procedural memory? It is widely believed that some people are better at technical subjects, whilst others excel at sports. Is this due to preference, or underlying differences? A recent study for example demonstrated a clear spread in long term memory abilities among old and young learners, with a general decline with age.
Secondly, input alone is not enough despite the claims in the article.
