Layout Problem with Sentences at the Top and Bottom

Something is off with the layout lately.
The screenshots below show you how sentences are cut in the middle, both at the top and the bottom. Sometimes the same sentence being cut at the bottom, stays cut at the top when changing page to the next.

It seems the responsive design is having problem when changing window sizes.
