If I have mistakenly labeled a word as known ( so that it has been converted from blue to uncoloured) , how do I convert it back to ‘unknown’ i.e. back to blue/yellow ?

Highlight it like you would if you wanted to copy and paste normal text by dragging the mouse over it. You can also do entire phrases this way.
