I have an issue with the importer. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox and get this error message - Error: file. The submitted file is empty.

I saw the same message the other day. Turns out it was my fault: the audio which I assumed had speech only had music.
I am having the exact same issue and I believe that I am not the only one. I’ve tried multiple videos and they definitely had German subtitles.

Same here, I’ve got the same error message today. The days before it worked without any problems.
We are working on the mentioned issue and we will soon release updated browser extension versions.

Hi everyone, we just released a Firefox extension update with a fix. Please make sure to update the extension to version 2.3.3.
Regarding Chrome, the extension update is coming, hopefully this week too.
