Reposting this issue as as new thread as I haven’t heard anything on the old one and its been there weeks. I tried importing Holiday Secrets S1, E1 and the first line in LingQ is not until around the 21 min mark of the video. Can I get assistance with this?

If you want the best experience and are using the desktop version Rooster Netflix Tools is what you’re looking for. Overlay, transcribe and proper importing.
If you want to fix the problem with your TV show you can follow these steps

No, I also just tried Biohackers which doesn’t import until about 25:48 and Criminal: Germany which doesn’t import until about 20:36.

I had a similar problem recently. It seems like these kind of problems only occur when importing the first episode of a series?! I posted a workaround here: Netflix Import doesnt work + Workaround
