[Issue] How to avoid using YT auto-generate subtitles

When I import Youtube content into LingQ using Youtube’s video link, is it possible to have LingQ transcribe content using Whisper rather than directly import YouTube auto-generated subtitles?

I think it will take a long time.
I would prefer to send the URL to Gemini, which would then send me the whole text.

@yeah_ok67 Sorry, but that’s not possible. What you can do as a workaround is to scrape an MP3 file from a video by using availalbe online tools and then import this MP3 file and transcribe it as a lesson.

There was a help page on this process, but I can’t find it any more. But it works for me. I download the mp3 using yt-dlp, import that to LingQ, let it transcribe, and then add the video link to the lesson.
