Issue attaching audio to new lesson in Web App

I started noticing this issue yesterday. While importing a new lesson in the Web App, when I click on “Audio file,” browse to the file and select it, I see that the prompt shows 00:00 length of audio and goes nowhere. The progress indicator just blinks or spins or whatever it’s doing. After dismissing the upload, on the second or third try, the file upload succeeds and shows the duration of the audio.

When I import using my mac - Safari - this issue does not occur. It does occur virtually all the time using Safari on the mac.

Can’t get it to work at all on my Mac today. Audio uploads first try from my iPad – on the exact same network using the exact same browser (Safari).

I use nothing but mp3
