unlike many people who enjoy stories, travel, meetings, the subject I most like to hear are "how to learn English, learn tips, things we talk about learning English.

what I do wrong? I should hear something that I do not interece for me?

You can find in the library of LingQ a lot of texts how to learn English, for example ‘The Linguist’. But it’s necessary to know at least 1000 words to start it. If you know less English words, I advice you not to evoid the simplier texts.
