“Is this where you guys hang out all the time?” Is this sentence correct?
Can I say: Is this the place where/that you guys hang out all the time?

Should be “all the time” (not countable).

This is a familiar expression, and is correctly used this way. You could also say “Is this the place where you guys hang out all the time?” but I would not use the word “that” in this expression.

If you do want to use the word THAT in the previous expression, adding an AT in the next sentence sounds normal to my ears. Although it maybe grammatically incorrect, where I live we use it all the time. “Is this the place THAT you guys hang out AT all the time?”
