I could care less about having a streak, let alone having it repaired when it is broken. Same thing with coins. I don’t know if they have any use rather than repairing streaks.
I find the whole thing useless and it distracts me each time I’m following a lesson and it is interruped to announce that I’ve earned more coins.
You can set daily streak target to max which is 60min.
Maybe someday LingQ can add 23.59hr or custom target for those who don’t want any streaks target to trigger or just want longer streak targets.
You can disable Streaks and milestone popups.
You can also use uBlock Origin Lite addon on your browser to remove those HTML elements so you don’t see them. I think that is about all you can do right now.
