Is Arabic worth learning on LingQ?
I would suggest you to first go through a beginner book explaining to you and giving you a bit of a feel for the language and then start with Lingq. First get a small grip, understanding of the language with a book or simple learning videos online and then start with Lingq. Once you get the small grip and understanding of the language then at that time Lingq will carry you along in your studies. Helping you and learning a’lot.
Good luck with Arabic. I recently ran into someone who spoke Arabic. I as well thought it would be a very interesting language to learn
I personally am waiting for Steve to tackle Arabic and it becomes fully supported before I consider it. Since I have some other interests languagewise, such as Russian, French, and Chinese, I’m not in a hurry.
If that’s the language you want to learn, then yes. There isn’t much of a beginner library yet, so you will have to do some outside work in the early stages, and dealing with the main challenge of Arabic… being that Modern Standard, the only formally written version of the language, varies greatly from the version that people actually speak…
Having said that, it’s probably the best option out there, as Arabic resources are simply difficult to find, sadly.
i speak arabic and french (because i’m from Morocco). and i want to learn english as british or american people). so you can exchange experiences about languages speaking, if you agree
