Hi
Does anyone know if Irish is coming any time soon…I saw a few posts a few years ago that it was …
Can’t wait! Would be great.
We do have it in plans, but at the moment we don’t have a date yet.
Thank you Zoran - that would be great.
I would love this but let me get my French down before I’m tempted with Irish
Could we get an update on the date please?
Sorry, but no updates regarding Irish yet.
@sahra.lingq messaged me.
From another thread, there are Irish (and other) ministories. Thanks very much @Ryanaissance for these. Go raibh maith agat.

Ministories here
I’ve asked for what needs to be done. I assume it is check the Irish text and record audio.
I may have someone who can help. Can anyone here help?
I’ve set up a Facebook gorup for Irish and LingQ.
“Acquire Irish/Gaeilge using LingQ, Comprehensible Input and TPRS”

I would love to study Irish here on Linqg too
I’ve tried a bit. They want 60 stories translated and I think a grammar guide. I set up a Facebook group. A tiny amount of work has bene done; see there.
I’m using languagecrush and Ras na Ri(??) as it’s vaguely similar.
Are there any more updates on getting this going? Anything that people can do to help?
We have some volunteers working on Adding Irish, but the language isn’t ready yet and we can’t yet give you a release date.
Hopefully, a clearer link to a Facebook group.

Could it be made available to play text to speech and count known words (with mini-stories coming later when available). That way we could read ebooks.
Abair.ie has a great text to speech engine for Irish.
That would be great if they could.
I signed up to do a GCSE in Irish next June, and would love it if I coudl at least import things in Irish and find out how they are pronounced.
Irish pronunciation is a mystery.
