Yesterday I uploaded a 20 second test audio file to a lesson. Once I confirmed that it worked I deleted it and then uploaded a full recording of the lesson. Despite the fact that my iPhone LingQ app shows the audio as the correct length - some 17 minutes - when I play it on the app it plays the 20 second test and there is no sign of the main audio file.

Please remove the lesson from the app first. After that open that same lesson on the website version and it will re-appear on the app with new audio. Hope this helps!
